MAILING YOUR PRODUCT FOR SERVICE

  1. When mailing a product for repair, please include a note with your name, physical address (no P.O. Box), telephone and fax number. Upon receipt of your product, we will inspect it and provide you with an estimate within 48 hours by mail or fax if provided. Payment can be made by credit cards, check or money order. Upon receipt of payment, we will proceed with the repair and ship YOUR PRODUCT back to you by UPS within 2-3 weeks.
  1. WARRANTY ON THE REPAIR DONE BY J&H: There is 90 days warranty on all repaired Dunhill products and one year warranty on all S.T. Dupont products.
